Just had my first taste of living in an exclusive subdivision. We rented a house and lot and we use it as our office and also home. Yesterday, I’ve experienced to sleep on the home. It was our first day here and I can say that the place is really my dream home. I would like to live here for the rest of my life. The place is not crowded and very peaceful. I’m glad we’ve chosen these place because we’re hesitant about the place before but now I’m quite comfortable. I’m now ready for the new challenge of my life. I will start my blogging career on my new home. I’ve started submitting my site to few Directory Blog.

It was really hard to move in to another place but I can say that all the hardwork we’ve put on designing and cleaning our new home is really rewarding. It’s true that if you redesigned your home on your own at the end of the day you will feel very happy because you know that you’ve created it. I’ll keep this blog posted on recent development of our new home. Hopefully I could invite few of my friends here to see our new home.

Five years from now after my job at online credit card processing I will be retiring from my work and build my own dream house.Every one of us has our own dream house in mind and I have one in mind. Mine would be something a little bit luxurious. I want it to be build near a shore because I feel peace when I’m near one. I feel like I don’t have to worry about the world when I’m away from the city. I also want my dream house to be built on my chosen country, Australia. Of course a dream house would always include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a basketball court on their back yard. My wonderful garden would have birds flying around on it and my dogs would run around. I also want flowers all over my garden.

Someday I want to have my own home with 3 bedrooms and a master’s bedroom. Modern kitchen with state of the art appliances. My living room would have 3 couches where I can chill, with fireplace on the wall, a plasma television where I can watch my favorite movies and television shows and a chandelier on the ceiling. I also want to have a mini arcade on my house so that I can play like a child with famous arcade games. It would be a two-story house with a roof top where I can entertain my guests during special gatherings.

I hope that this dream house will not be only in my dream. I want this to come into reality and I’ll do anything to have this dream house of mine. Until my next post.

Denver Colorado Real Estate is the next target of our company to invest with. Colorado is very popular for it’s outdoor sports. We’re scheduled to visit colorado next month to meet local Realtors and realty company. We’re targeting to invest in local hotels in Ski Resorts. Colorado is one of the popular place in the world for Skiing and other Winter Sports enthusiast. We’ve already made a deal with few businessman there and we’re very happy with the output so far.

Skiing and other winter sports is one our target market. Winter Season is coming and we’re preparing to invest in Skiing resort properties. I will used the opportunity to search for local place that will satisfy my winter vacation during winter season. We need some nice hotels, and ski resorts next winter season. Just recently we discovered that our mother bought a property before she died. And the money that she used there has reflected on her pension. So we look for the property. Into our surprise the house was already occupied by someone we don’t know. But we still need to pay the mortgage of the property in the next 10 years.
