I was panning on buying some Lago Vista waterfront property in Texas because a friend of mine recommended so. He said that these properties are very rare and very unique so I want to grab that chance of owning something like this. My friend said that I won’t be in, in the business world if I fail to see the properties. I have always wanted to own some properties especially waterfront because it was and it is a dream of mine. My friend also said that the agent he was talking about is so great he wanted to buy all of them. Of course, he didn’t do that because  his wife will kill him because the money is just enough for a one property. He confess that when he save more money he will also buy and look for some Lake Travis Homes which is also located at Austin Texas Real Estate. He has such big dreams and so am I. I have to own these properties not for a luxury and for showing with my friends but an investment in the future and for my family as well. I know a lot of men as well as those who have their families now will agree with me.

While browsing the internet checking gadget reviews on http://www.testfreaks.com/, my friend called me and told me that we have a meeting with her future mother-in-law.  He told me that her soon to be mother-in-law will help us develop our  marketing and advertising of our real estate business that  we will establish next year. So I packed up my things and close my laptop and decided to go to the  meeting place using my new car.

Yesterday we’ve met my friends mother-in-law to talk about properties and real estate investment. She’s actually around 56 years old and has been on the realty business for 30 years now. She told us that it’s a good investment to get involved in real estate business. She bought lot of property now just being a Realtors for 30 years. How many of the employee who’s  working more than 30 years do have their own real estate property? Her statement make sense to me and this made me realize that it’s really profitable to invest in real estate property.

I’m back to give you another useful blog post on real estate. This time my topic is about North Carolina Real Estate. North Carolina is a good place to reside because you can find everything here good education, jobs, and most importantly the ambiance. We’re planning to move in to North Carolina. My sister expressed that she will be buying a house and lot next year since he have already the savings to buy a property. She want to have a house that she can called their own property. My sister save this much money by working as a Perth Babysitter and his husband as a waiter in Singapore. This is their dream since they left the country to work overseas I’m very happy for them that their fulfilling what they’ve dream of.

The only problem they have right now is when and how they will choose the right property. They were about to inquire a certain property near the city but the problem is according to my cousin that property during rainy season the road is flooding. I suggested him to move to the other province because the property there is much cheaper and also the solemnity of the place is one of the things that I like about that subdivision. I’ll give her more choices in the next few weeks because I will be visiting more forums and places with the help of few Realtors.

Recently I came up with an idea of going back to school. I remember when my friend reminisce our college days. We really missed college. Before I don’t know what is the reason to go back to college but after few years I’ve realized that I need to go back to school because I need a formal education on Real Estate management. It’s not enough that I know how the real estate industry works by attending a seminar and reading books. I’ll be taking up business management next year to be able to help me on my case study on my real estate business plan. Also I’m planning of attending a film and video production at http://www.brooks.edu/ because I really love to be on the movie industry as well.
This plan is my priority right now since I have enough money to spend for my study. I can say because of real estate I’m financially stable now that I can do all the things that I’ve dreaming of to do like to be a director. Film is one of my passion and I would like to be successful on this field. Who knows I might be the next director of a Hollywood film.

I just read an article about stocks yesterday before I’ve started looking for digital camera because I needed one on the first week of December because we will be climbing a mountain near our town. Going back to the stocks and property topic. Stocks is very powerful business if you can study well the trend. My sister already on this business. She bought stocks from a dental related company not sure what is the name of the company but their primary business is they provide materials and services on teeth implant. She’s already had the chance to sell its stocks last month but refuse to do so because their expecting increase of the price of the stocks this holiday season. It’s about timing and studying how the trend goes. I recently bump into one of my friend who is a Hawaii real estate agent now. Since we were not so busy that day, we invited each other to have a cup of coffee at a nearby coffee shop. She looks so different now from the last time i saw her. I think it was our high school graduation and now she’s a big time relocation Realtors person. She has grown a lot and became much more beautiful than before. She was once crowned Ms. Prom Queen and we thought that she only have beauty but now, she has that brain of a beautiful woman which is very good because she can use it in her line of work. She told me about relocation real estate news and it looks like she love her job so much. I wasn’t a fan of real estates until she did it to me. She was great with it and no wonder she is having a lot of rewards on her own. We have talked about the things we like and the things that remind us in our high school days. We weren’t so close then but whenever I have and she has a problem, we always wants to be with each other. But during good times like watch movie in the mall and hang out at friend’s house, we are not so close. I guess two intelligent people cannot stay close to each other for so long, what do you think?

Just came across a website about New Zeland Real Estate while browsing the net. New Zeland has been one of my dream place that I want to spend my married life because I found New Zeland to be a beautiful and peaceful country. Nowadays, there are lot of expats and retirees that chooses New Zeland a place where they want to spend their remaining years. I agree to them that New Zeland is the place to be if you want to enjoy a beautiful and cheap cost of living.

When to get a home loan? It’s really hard for me to decide if I will take a Secured Loans. My job is a freelancer that works for clients’ overseas and local company for a web development related works. And my income isn’t that stable to pay for the monthly amortization.
