Recently someone asked me if he should get a Home contents insurance. And I just told him why you shouldn’t get one? It is very important for homeowners to obtain a home insurance to be able to insured your home from losses due to theft, fire and similar type of home losses. Property owner should be able to obtain a home insurance because it’s a way to protect your investment especially if you own lots of properties.
As a homeowner, I choose to get a similar home contents insurance because I do care about my property. I don’t want to risk my property from accidental fire or theft. I don’t know if they cover loss of home due to hurricane or other weather phenomenon.
