Looking 3 years back of my real estate career I have nothing on my pocket. I cannot treat my girlfriend a dinner or even her fare in the bus. It was really miserable during those days. But god is good he help me to get up again and become successful. And I can credit my success to my real estate venture. Now I have almost everything that I want to buy. I will be rewarding myself a laptop this year. I’ve made a price compare on what are the different brands of laptop.

This year I will be purchasing a real estate property for my future family. I hope this year will be another successful year for me, my family and my friends. I can see myself 30-40 years from now still active from real estate business. Well thats a rap for now. It’s 12am now and I need to get up early tomorrow to start a new day.

Just noticed that this real estate blog turned 2 years old now. I’m very excited that I’m on my 2nd year now on blogging about Real Estate topics. It feels great that my blog has become one of the favorites of real estate blogger because I can see on wordpress admin panel that there are lots of real estate blogs linking to my EFESProperties.com. I want to thank everybody for continuous support on my Real Estate blog. I’m on the process of changing the blog design because as a gift to this blog I might purchase a unique wordpress themes for my real estate blog.

Also I’ll make sure that I will update this blog as often as I can. This blog has been my home for 2 years now and I’ll try to build my family here on these blog. If you’re thinking on who is my family, the answer is you, readers of this real estate blog. I hope you will continue to support my blog and I will give all the information I can so that my readers will be happy with every blog post that I will make.

We went to the mall yesterday to look for good design for our house. We want to renovate our house from flooring to paint. Unfortunately we didn’t found anything that we like. So what I’ve done was to search in the internet. While browsing the internet, I’ve found a very interesting website that manufactures PVCu Conservatories. Their design are brilliant and hopefully also the quality. I’ve heard of Self Build Conservatories before but before I’m not interested with conservatories that are why I didn’t pay attention to my friend because he’s talking about it.

Now that we know how good does Conservatories looks like in a home I think I will build one on our home this year. I’ve already made a request on how much does a brochure to know what they offer and the Conservatory Prices because I’m really interested on this. My girlfriend might get excited if I tell her about these because I remember back then she tried to convince me regarding Conservatories.

Anyway, I might consult my dad first before I will build Conservatories in our house because he owns the house and I don’t want him to get mad if I renovate the house without his permission. But I’m pretty sure he will agree to renovate our house because I think although his already old, he love changes.

I’m back again for another real estate blog post. I haven’t updated this blog for quite a long time now been busy about my application at http://www.iadtseattle.com/ because I might study there next year. I will take a Game Design & Development course. First I want to greet all my readers a happy new year. Hopefully year 2008 will be better than the previous year. If you bought a real estate property one thing that you must do is to maintain the house and lot in good condition. There are various factors that makes a real estate property depreciate it’s value.

I will give you some pointers on what are the things you should do to keep your real estate investments in good condition. First you have to keep the grass at very low level. Don’t make it grow because if you will let them grow, it will grow as high as two-storey building. And soon it will destroy the paint and the structure of the house. Reptiles like snake might also live there if the grass covering your house. Make sure you will hire a care taker because you must protect your real estate investments.
