Should I choose a condo in the city?
I have this dilemma for quite sometime now. Personally I prefer house in the city with garden on the outside where I could play and my kids. But unfortunately in the city specially in Chicago you cannot find something like these. You must settle for a condo units. While checking some real estate properties it is almost impossible to buy a house with a the budget I have. So I choose to find some other properties. I also check the Real estate in Roselle IL and found really interesting properties. And I might settle there in few months from now.
My sister wants to me to look for a similar properties. But not sure with her budget if I can found one that suits her taste. She really hates a condo unit. Because its very stressful for her to live in an environment like that.
