EFES Properties

We’re planning to buy a real estate property in UK(together with my family). Unfortunately we’re not willing to spend lot of money on these because we had other plans on investing it to another real estate business. We’re checking websites that will help us in our UK Mortgages because I believe this is the best way to finance our investment in Real Estate property in UK. But we’re still clueless on how UK mortgages runs. In other states we now how it runs. Meaning we have to read more about the laws governing UK mortgages and Mortgages companies policy.
Anyway, the places we want to invest in UK, it would be Scotland and London. This are the place that my family want to settle for very long time because of the “relaxing environment” according to them. Though I feel the same way but I must get there before I could judge how it feels like to be there.
