While on the process of choosing the right property where I can invest in North Carolina we visited the University of North Carolina first then we went to Macon and Cherokee. We also found different surgical clinics like orthopedic surgery clinics and rhinoplasty nose job clinic. Then we shifted to the eastern part of North Carolina like Hyde, Craven and Pender.

One thing that I consider in buying is they must be near the lakes where I could do boating or I could just sell it to some individuals who want to live near the lakes of North Carolina.

Real estate has become one of the richest market right now in world. Subdivisions and Village. Thats why there are lot of individuals that are working on these type of business that are billionaires now. One of the billionaires that made impact in Real estate is Al-Waleed bin Talal that made his fortune in investing in properties. He was named to be the 8th richest people in the world. Of course the richest person would still be Bill Gates of Microsoft. One of the few billionares that I admire were Paul Allen, Sergey Brin, and George Lindemann Jr.

While reading their biography I just noticed that they’re not just an ordinary guy who just got lucky to have billions of dollars but they are smart and really hard working to be rich.

I was in New York last week and I would like to share some experience I have there. I’ve actually attend a conference for my job. And luckily I still found time for my family to visit some of the beautiful landmarks in New York. We’ve actually went to Central Park in Manhattan.And during our visits there we found different surgery clinic like Manhattan hair transplant and nose transplant clinic. I remember my friend who went to jersey to look for a specialist about his hair and nose problem.

While on our free time, we manage to visit Madison Square Garden but didn’t have time to watch the Knicks play. Makes me feel pity to myself that I didn’t have the time to watch my favorite sport. Well maybe next time I could manage to watch them.

San Diego is one of the place that I want to visit this year. It’s because of the San Diego nightlife that lot of people in TV talking about.I  remember when this was featured on comedy central ( insomniac) I feel San Diego is the place for a guy like. One of the place I want to visit in San Diego are  Sorrento Valley and old town. Also I will try to watch a game by the Padres. Actually we’ve inquire already about the cost of the plane ticket and accommodations. Hopefully this summer we could went there together with some of my friends. Hope to see you there.

As a follow up on my post here I have finally decided to settle on maple valley . A great place I must say. It’s almost 1 week since we move on here and I have lot of great time with these communities. On our first day on the city we found went to different place to explore the place. One of the place we’ve went through is Ravensdale and Cherokee bay park. We also visited some well known rhinoplasty in Washington DC after we went to the city. And the end of the day we went to the place of my friend to have a dinner and some chit-chat.
It was great the whole time. And hope to stay here in Mapple valley in the next 10-15 years.

Well after 2 years here in Chicago it’s time for us to move where more opportunity is waiting for us there. Our family are now moving into a place where I’m not really familiar. So moving on is not that easy. I need to hire a moving company for our things to be transfered safely on our new apartment. But this was not that easy because there are lot of moving company out there that is not reliable. Also the cost of moving on isn’t that cheap. I have made a call on how much does moving company estimates the price on our situation. They’ve made me a pretty good deal and tell me that they will offer me a discount as well. Cool huh!? But one thing I will miss in Chicago are those people you’re seeing everyday whenever you will go to work and your officemate. Well thats how life goes. Need to be prepare and continue to grow and succeed.
