Buying a place in ski resort area
Every winter we’re going to ski resorts in Utah and it’s just slip to my mind that why not look for a place to buy near Utah? So I asked my wife if we could get a loan to finance our new place. And while browsing some companies that offer Utah Mortgage I found it hard to look for home loans in the Utah area. So we went back to the previous company here in Chicago that offer mortgage for refinance, purchase and consolidations loans. While computing the total cost it seems to me that I reached already my limit for my monthly payment which is 20% of our monthly income. And the kids are now getting old and few years from now they will go to college which is very expensive if they will not get a scholarship. I need to prepare for this because I only want the best for my kids.
