Looking for housing loans
Comments(0) I have just realized that I cannot buy my home if I wouldn’t get loans from good finance company. But I’m a bit worried that what if I lost my job due to certain instances and it would probably leave me to be a loser and all the investments I’ve put up on the down payment for the house and the monthly mortgages will be gone. So I check few websites that offer secured loans and found few of them. Not sure if they’re true but I would try to call them later. I have talked to our local bank and the problem with banks is they wouldn’t not allowed you to have a loans if you don’t have any properties. How can I have property if I’m only earning few thousands per year. This is quite a big problem with me and it seems that few established finance company is charging too much for the loan. Oh well, hopefully I could have manage to get a loans for my new home.
